JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard on the impleadment application.
The ground mentioned in the affidavit filed along with the application appears to be sufficent. Therefore, the impleadment application is allowed . Leave to amend the writ petition is granted. The petitioner is permitted to implead Sri S.K.Verma, Executive Engineer , Jal Sansthan, Aliganj Lucknow as opposite party No. 3. Steps be taken within a week. Notices be issued to the newly impleaded opposite party returnable at an early date.
