Grievance of the petitioner is that after the preparation of the preliminary decree, the final decree was not being prepared and, therefore, he has prayed that a direction be issued for the preparation of the final decree.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that final decree be prepared within a period of two months in accordance with law from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
