Heard Shri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The writ petition was filed for reimbursement of medical bills of petitioner which the petitioner incurred on account of treatment of his wife.
Learned Standing Counsel upon instruction submits that entire amount has now been disbursed and appropriate order to the aforesaid effect has been passed, which order has been shown to the Court dated 23.2.2018, i.e. of today.
That being the case, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as no cause of action survives. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
