This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation pursuant to the F.I.R., dated 01.12.2017 lodged in Case Crime No. 0396 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act at Police Station Daraganj, District Allahabad.
From the perusal of the record it is revealed that the petitioner is the first informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the Superintendent of Police, Allahabad who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured and shall supervise the investigation to ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
