This appeal was filed by merely depositing Rs.5/- as court fees. The Stamp Reporter has reported the deficiency of court fees to be Rs.3027.50. The appeal was filed beyond limitation by 25 days. On 03.10.2016, this Court passed the following order:
"The appellants have not yet made good the deficiency of Court fees.
Sri K.S. Shukla, learned counsel for the appellants prays that a last opportunity may be afforded to the appellants to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
In view of the aforesaid, three weeks and no more time is granted to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
List on 27.10.2016."
As per office report dated 27.11.2018, the appellants have not yet made good the deficiency of court fees of Rs.3027.50.
In view of the aforesaid, delay condonation application is rejected. Consequently, the appeal also stands dismissed.
