JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Rai, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 6.
The petitioner is asking for treating him to be as Volvemen since 4.11.1981 and for payment of salary as well as retiral dues.
The original application of the petitioner before the tribunal has been dismissed by impugned order dated 13.7.2018.
Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 6 may file counter affidavit within six weeks. Two weeks' thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List for admission/final disposal after expiry of aforesaid period.
