1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Petitioner claims re-computation of his pensionary dues in accordance with Seventh Central Pay Commission w.e.f. 31.12.2016. In that regard, he further claims to have filed representation dated 25.10.2019 (Annexure no.4 to the writ petition) before respondent no.3/District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mau.
3. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for counter affidavit, at this stage. The present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 spelling out his exact claim, within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, it is expected that such authority shall pass appropriate reasoned order on that representation within a further period of three months from the date of filing that representation.
