1. This is thoroughly misconceived and ill-advised writ petition. Petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondent-3 to make measurement/ demarcation and fixation of stones for which remedy lies before Revenue Authorities under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

2. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
