Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has received instructions from the opposite party vide communication dated 26 October 2018 and submits that the writ Court order has been complied, provisional pension of the applicant has been released. Gratuity and some other dues has been withheld due to pending enquiry. A copy of the same has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant.
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record.
