Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is stated that a recall application dated 27.11.2018 filed by the petitioner for recall of a decree passed in a partition suit has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the recall application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
