Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is misconceived as it seeks execution of a decree passed by the Collector under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is not disputed that provisions of Code of Civil Procedure are applicable to the in execution of a decree under section 116 of the Code.
If that be so, it is open for the petitioners to avail the remedy available to them under law subject to advice, before the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is dismissed as misconceived.
