JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Lamba,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 643 of 2011, under Sections 307/447/504 and 506 IPC, police station Musafir Khana, district Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Nagar.
We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is provided that if petitioner surrenders and moves application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the courts below expeditiously.
