JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 3.9.1997 passed by District Collector, Lakhimpur Kheri.
From the perusal of the writ petition it appears that the order dated 3.9.1997 has not been filed along with the writ petition. In such circumstances, we direct that in case the petitioners are having any grievance with regard to the order dated 3.9.1997, the same may be raised before Deputy Collector, Lakhimpur Kheri within 30 days from today. In case such representation is filed, the same may be heard expeditiously.
With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
