Heard learned counsel for the petitioner , learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and Shri Ramesh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 6 to 9.
In pursuance of the order dated 15.3.2019 an affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the District Magistrate,Ghazipur wherein it has been stated that disputed plot no. 90 has been created from old plot no. 94 and plot no. 94 is recorded in the name of the tenure holders, respondent nos. 6 to 9 since 1359 Fasli in the shape of pond and therefore their possession cannot be disturbed since from 1359 Fasli they are in possession over the plot in dispute.
In view of the above no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this P.I.L.It is accordingly dismissed.
