Court No. - 29
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 25450 of 2018 Petitioner :- M/S Shri Lal Auto Sales Respondent :- State Of U P And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mool Chandra Mishra,Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J. Hon'ble Saral Srivastava,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 & 3.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that the respondent authorities, be directed to decide his representation dated 29.06.2018. The second prayer is for quashing of the order dated 17.05.2018.
It appears from the facts that the petitioner is a dealer in two- wheeler. The respondent authorities by the impugned order have refused to have any commercial transactions with it in future.
There is no previous contract or agreement of the respondent with the petitioner for having any commercial transactions and, therefore, if the authorities are not inclined to enter into commercial transactions with the petitioner, there is no illegality in the same and none of the rights of the petitioner get infringed in any manner.
In view of the facts stated above, the writ petition is misconceived and it is dismissed.
