Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for transferring the investigation to other independent agency of case crime No. 99 of 2013, under sections 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC and section 3(1)X SC/ST Act, P.S. Bihar, District Unnao.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Unnao who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
At this stage, there is no good ground to transfer the investigation of the above mentioned case, Such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
