2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has sought to set aside the order passed by the learned Itinery Senior Civil Jude and MACT in Misc.No.5/14 dated 25.6.2016 vide Annexure-E to the writ petition.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.8601/2018, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed in aforesaid order and in the same terms.
