JUDGMENT / ORDER

K.T.Sankaran, J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fifth respondent has subsequently released and handed over the documents submitted by the petitioner and also the amounts collected from the petitioner and the petitioner got admission in the seventh respondent College. It is submitted that the petitioner is continuing her course in the seventh respondent College. The learned counsel submitted that in these circumstances, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
