Heard Sri Majahar Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri Ali submits that his restoration application no. 201816670000963 of 2018 under Section 116 of the Revenue Code of Uttar Pradesh, 2016 (Ramchandra vs. Jaigopal and others) is pending before the respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gyanpur, Bhadohi.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gyanpur, Bhadohi to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner on its merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
