JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, the learned counsel sought liberty to move the District Revenue Officer for getting appropriate relief.
2.In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional District Revenue Officer seeking for appropriate relief. No costs.
