Petitioner has approached the respondent for effecting transfer of Registry based on Ext.P1 title deed. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in taking steps pursuant to Ext.P1, the transfer of registry. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that respondent shall take steps to effect mutation, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of.
