Heard Sri C.P. Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.K. Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to pass order for fair investigation in case crime no.767A/2014, u/s 143, 323, 504, 506, 307, 352, 392 IPC, P.S. Jataha Bazar, district Kushinagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case who has come up before this Court for expediting the investigation as the same has not been concluded till date.
Learned AGA opposed the prayer aforesaid and submitted that there appears to be a cross-case in which charge sheet has been submitted and in the present case, co-accused persons are police persons and no prior sanction has been obtained for their prosecution.
After having examined the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we do not find any ground to interfere in the matter.
The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
