Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri O.D. Malviya, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 & 4.
The petitioner, by means of present writ petition, has prayed for following relief:-
"i Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Authorities to ensure the payment of entire retiral dues i.e. G.P.F., Leave encashment, Gratuity, A.C.P. arrears, Arrear of Promotional 7th pay scale and other consequential benefits to the petitioner along with 18% interest, within stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
Sri O.D. Malviya, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that entire retiral dues of the petitioner shall be released within three months from today.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the light of the statements noted above.
In case, the amount is not released within the aforesaid period, same shall carry interest @ 10% from the date the amount has become due till the date of payment.
