O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the petition.
Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No.265/2014 of Girinagar Police Station registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 420, 506 read with 34 of IPC pending on the file of XXIV A.C.M.M. Court, Bangalore.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that on completion of investigation, ‘B’ report was filed before the jurisdictional court and the same was accepted on 22.12.2017.
3. In view of the said facts, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Hence, the petition is dismissed.
