ORDER Heard.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition, inter alia, with a prayer for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider its request for grant of mineral dispatch permit.
3. Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if some time is granted, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s application for grant of mineral dispatch permit within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
