O R D E R Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties.
In view of introduction of Section 142A of N.I. Act, learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that JMFC, Hosanagar has jurisdiction to try the complaint in respect of the dishonour of cheque in question.
2. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The complaint in question shall be tried by the concerned JMFC, Hosanagar in accordance with law.
Since the matter is pending since 2010, the trial court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the trial within an outer limit of four months from the date of communication of this order.
