JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2017, adjournment was sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On his request , the matter was adjourned to 28.06.2017. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the landlord has already initiated another eviction proceedings, since he lost the earlier eviction proceedings before both the Courts, and which is the subject matter of the present Revision petition. Hence, in view of the non representation of the petitioner, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed for default. No Costs.
