Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate and Shri V.B. Maurya has appeared for the respondent no.3. By this petition, petitioners have prayed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 19/6/2010 registered as Case Crime No. 176/2010 under Sections 147,323,504,506,308 and 427 I.P.C. P.S. Sarnath, District:Varanasi. A perusal of the F.I.R. indicates prima-facie commission of offence. We see no good ground for quashing the F.I.R. in exercise of writ jurisdiction. It is, however open for the petitioners that if the petitioners surrender before the court below within three weeks and make an application for bail it may be expeditiously considered. With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of.
