Against the order impugned, petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing revision under Regulation 69-A of the Service Regulations of 1981, and therefore, the writ petition is not liable to be entertained since the statutory remedy is not yet exhausted.
It is however provided that in case a revision is filed, within a period of three weeks from today, alongwith certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered on merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Subject to the observations made above, the writ petition is consigned to records.
