JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Both the counsel appearing for the parties would submit that they will be satisfied, if a direction is issued for an early disposal of the suit. Accordingly, considering the pendency of the suit, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Court, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 132 of 2012, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
