J U D G M E N T This case was posted for taking steps to issue notice to respondent No.2 on 2.8.2017. On that day, this Court passed the following order:
“Appellant shall take steps for issuing notice within seven days and matter be called after four weeks. In case steps are not taken within seven days, the appeal shall get dismissed for default on next hearing date.”
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and no steps have been taken for issuance of notice to respondent No.2.
