The applicant is the informant of case crime no. 827 of 2014, P.S. Padari, District Mirzapur. It appears that the investigation was conducted and charge sheet was submitted by the police. It appears that Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 8064 of 2015 was filed which was disposed of by order dated 25.8.2015 directing the SSP, Mirzapur to supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed without any undue delay.
As admittedly, charge sheet has been submitted and there is no direction by the Writ Court for further investigation or for reinvestigation, no reasonable ground has been made out to draw contempt proceedings against the opposite party.
The contempt application is consigned to the record with liberty to the applicant to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies in case he is aggrieved by not filing of charge sheet against some of the accused persons.
