JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr. Bhargav Bhatt seeks time and requested to keep this matter on 03.05.2012. Ordinarily, criminal matters are being kept for convenience on Friday but as it is not convenient to Mr. Bhatt, matter is kept on 03.05.2012 with specific direction to the counsels that in case, if they are unable to represent their parties on that day, they shall make alternative arrangement otherwise the Court will proceed without further adjournment to any other date.
