JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur,CJ
On 19.10.2012 this Court passed interim order as under:-
“ 2. Having regard to the Pooja and Bakrid holidays which result in lot of travel from the main land to the island, we are of the opinion that the interim relief sought for in the writ petition is necessary.
3. Therefore, we direct respondents 8 to 11 to operate the passenger vessel and also barges without any obstruction or disruption causing hindrance to the general public who intend to travel. Members of 12th respondent undertake not to create any trouble so far as their assistance in running these vessels belonging to petitioners manned by respondents 8 to 11.”
2. The said interim order is continued from time to time.
In the light of no further complications being seen, subsequent to the interim order stated above, we are of the opinion, if interim order is made absolute, the grievance of writ petitioner is redressed.
W.P.(c) No.24661 of 2012 2 Accordingly, interim order dated 19.10.2012 is made absolute.
