JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) THURSDAY, THE TWENTY SEVENTH DAY OF NOVEMBER TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.4353 and 4354 of 2014 BETWEEN Lakkoju Padmavathi.
... PETITIONER AND Chitla Peda Polaiah and another.
...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioner: MR. NIMMAGADDA SATYANARAYANA Counsel for the Respondents: --NONE APPEARED-- The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
Petitioner’s applications under Order 21 Rules 58 and 59 of the Code of Civil Procedure are pending before the trial Court but the Registry of the trial Court is not numbering the same in spite of petitioner’s submission that she has complied with all the office objections. The present revisions are, therefore, filed aggrieved by non-entertainment of the said applications.
2. In my view, however, if the petitioner is of the opinion that the Registry of the trial Court is not taking appropriate steps after reporting compliance with the objections, it is for the petitioner to request the Registry to place the said applications with objections before the trial Court for orders of the Court. Hence, entertainment of these revision petitions only for that purpose is not warranted.
With the liberty aforesaid, the civil revision petitions are disposed of. The Registry of this Court shall return all the original documents presented by the petitioner before the trial Court. Petitioner shall, however, substitute the original documents with Xerox copies. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J November 27, 2014 DSK
