Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Addl. Sess. Judge, Ghaziabad to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Special Sess. Trial No.200011/2016 (State Vs. Lakki Yadav alias Vinar Yadav) Case Crime No.1609 of 2016 under Section 328, 354 (B), 376, 504 IPC and 3 (2) (5) SC.ST Act PS Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Addl. Sess. Judge, Ghaziabad, is directed to conclude the proceedings of case pending before him, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
