Heard Sri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 26.08.2020, registered as Case Crime No.0077 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Saharanpur.
The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature, therefore, prayer of the petitioners to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is hereby rejected.
