Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation case no. 116 of 2018 (Smt. Lakhpati Vs. Pancham) under section 34 of L.R. Act (Vide Annexure No. 3 to this writ petition) pending before it for mutation of name of petitioner in revenue record forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as her mutation case filed in the year 2008, has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
