Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
Grievance of the petitioner is that after the boundary marks were placed as per the order dated 15.07.2011/16.02.2018 they have now been removed.
Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and the learned Standing Counsel state that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application under Sections 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, it is provided that if the petitioner moves an application under Sections 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same shall be considered on its own merit and shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of its presentation. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
