JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 38816 of 2002 Petitioner :- Smt. Lakhpat Devi Respondent :- Union Of India And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- B.R. Maurya,N.L. Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- S.S.C.,A.K.Saxena,P.S.Baghel,Ram Gopal Tripathi
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel is present for respondents. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
“(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 9.8.2002 passed by the respondent no. 2 and 3 (Annexure No. Viii) to this writ petition.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 re-consider of his order dated 16.5.2002 and sanction the amount the claim of petitioner and direct the respondent no. 3 to pay the entire amount of the petitioner's claim.
(c) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Husbands directing the respondents to pay the amount of the husband of the petitioner's benefits gratuity bonus from 1984 till up now, family pension revised pay scale and dearness allowances alongwith interest to the petitioner admissible to the petitioners husband which is given is annexure No. IV to the writ petition.”
3. I myself have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
