Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned APP for the State.
This application is filed for temporary bail of the applicants during pendency of the Criminal Appeal which is ordered to be admitted today and the ground for temporary bail is the terminal ailment of father of applicant no.1 and uncle of applicants no.2 and 3. As per the report of the Radiologist reveal that the ailment is diagnosed as malignant etiology (Ca bladder). It is also submitted that in the penultimate days of the life of the father of the applicant no.1 and uncle of applicants no.2 and 3, they would like to visit him and considering over all aspects as above, the applicants are granted temporary bail for a period upto 11.6.2012 and they would furnish a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority and shall surrender in time on completion of the period.
The application is allowed accordingly. Direct service today is permitted.
