Mr. Ghaus Beg, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that for execution of the order passed by the District Consumer Forum, Bahraich the next date is fixed on 26th of June, 2010. Therefore, according the urgency petitioner has filed the present writ petition during vacation against the order dated 19th of December 2009, whereby the petitioner's review application has been rejected. I am informed that the order dated 19th of December, 2009 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Bahraich is appealable under Section 18 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition, however, keeping in view the urgency of the matter I hereby give liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Commission within two days, which shall be taken up by the State Commission at any time before 26th of June, 2010 for order.
With the aforesaid observations/directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
