Lakhibai vs State

This petition has been filed challenging the auction carried out on 20-3-1980. A perusal of the Memorandum of the petition and the Annexures appended thereto reveal that the auction had taken place pursuance to order dated 30-4-1980 passed under Section 140 of the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961.

The Registry may list the matter before the appropriate Court, after due verification.
