Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.K. Srivastava, learned counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Bank.
The prayer made in this writ petition in effect tantamounts to modification in the order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Writ Petition no. 22533 of 2017.
When confronted with the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to permit withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to make an application seeking modification of the aforesaid order.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
