Learned standing counsel on the basis of instructions stated that the inadvertent mistake, which occurred in the order impugned in this writ petition has since now been corrected. The District Magistrate now issued a corrigendum wherein it has been provided that the meeting of the no confidence shall take place but the result shall be subject to the result of Writ Petition No. 8996 of 2018.
On a perusal of the order produced before us, we are satisfied that the order is now in conformity and in support of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8996 of 2018 and now it cannot be said that there is any illegality in the impugned order.
The petitioner thus is left now with no cause of action and this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly stands dismissed.
