The present revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 6.11.2007 passed by the Appellate Court/Learned Sessions Judge, Mathura in Criminal Appeal No.97 of 2007 (Lakhan Vs. State of U.P.) and impugned judgment and order dated 26.10.2007 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Mathura in Case Crime No.499 of 2006 (State Vs. Lakhan), under Section 376, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh.
I have gone through the record as well as impugned judgment and order dated 6.11.2007 passed by the Appellate Court/Learned Sessions Judge, Mathura and impugned judgment and order dated 26.10.2007 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Mathura. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned orders. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
