Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A. K. Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 22.01.2019 passed in Writ A No.965 of 2019 (Lakhan Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as order dated 23.09.2019 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.6023 of 2019.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. It is admitted between the parties that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
