By way of present application, filed through jail, the applicant-prisoner has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days for construction of his house.
Heard Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused papers produced before me. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code for a period of seven years. The ground taken by the applicant for temporary bail is not a proper ground to release him. Hence, the present application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed.
