Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been preferred for issuance an appointment letter in favour of the petitioner pursuant to her alleged selection on the post of Anganwari Karyakarti.
Although on the last occasion time had been granted to the petitioner to bring on record evidence in support of her contention of having been selected, no further material has been brought on record.
Alongwith the writ petition also no evidence has been placed except for a list which is purported to have been prepared in the course of an alleged selection. There is no proposal or resolution of the Gram Panchayat concerned on the basis of which undisputedly the entire selection proceeds.
Consequently the Court finds no ground to entertain this petition, which shall stand dismissed.
