Petitioners are aggrieved by the order of their relieving dated 31.5.2010 by which they have been relieved from district Auraiya for joining at district Jhansi.
The argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no transfer order of the petitioners and without a transfer order, petitioners can not be relieved from district Auraiya.
A careful perusal of the impugned order dated 31.5.2010 indicates that the aforesaid relieving order has been passed in pursuance to the order dated 15th May, 2010. The aforesaid order is annexure-4 to the writ petition and it states that the entire unit at district Auraiya along with of its staff stands transferred to district Jhansi meaning thereby that the entire staff working in the unit at Auraiya has also been transferred to district Jhansi.
Thus, it is misconceived to state that there is no order of transfer of the petitioner. Therefore, there is no error in the impugned order relieving the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that the writ petition is misconceived and lacks merit.
It is accordingly dismissed.
